Double Flange Eccentric Rubber Seated Butterfly Valve

Description

1, double flanged eccentric butterfly valve call as high performance butterfly valve, which can bear high pressure , with long longevity and good stability comparing with center line type butterfly valve.

2, comparing with other type butterfly valves, double eccentric butterfly valve have light weight as the size becoming more big, which reduced the cost.

3, as there is a disc in the middle of the double offset high performance butterfly valve, the flow resistance is big, for size bellow DN200 is insignificant to choose double flanged eccentric butterfly valve.

4, adopted eccentric structure, reduced the sealing ring’s friction, prolonged the valve’s longevity.

5, During valve opening or closing, the ductile iron body double eccentric butterfly valve's sealing face will be deviated gradually from and pressed into gradually the valve seat sealing face, thus reducing the mechanical abrasion and damage between the butterfly plate and the valve seat during opening or closing. For the flanged end double eccentric butterfly valve, when the butterfly plate rotates from 0° to 8°-12°, the butterfly plate sealing face will break away from the valve seat sealing face completely, thus reducing the mechanical abrasion and the extrusion corner travel during opening or closing the butterfly valve. With the reduction of mechanical abrasion and extrusion, the sealing performance and service life of the eccentric butterfly valve will be improved greatly.

Packaging Detail: normally 10-20 pcs per polybag inside, poly inner and export carton outside or customized.

Delivery Detail: depend on the design and final quantity.

Q3: What's the range of port size?

A: We can supply 1/2" (DN15mm) to 60" ( DN1500mm).

  For butterfly valve, the size can reach 120’’ ( DN3000mm)

Q4: Can you use our own color and logo on the ball valve?

A: Yes, of sure. It can be customized.

Q5: Can you supply samples?

A: Yes, we can supply small sized samples, but the freight should be paid by you.
